LOUIS, MO (June 27, 2014) — Coldwell Banker Gundaker is proud to announce that several of the company’s independent sales associates have been named to The Wall Street Journal/Real Trends Top 1,000.  The report recognizes top residential real estate agents in the country based on annual 2013 sales volume and transaction sides.

 The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends Top 1,000 is based on a survey of brokerage firms, associations of Realtors and hundreds of other sources to determine the top real estate professionals in the United States.  Now in its 8th year, this ranking is the only independent study of its kind where all of the results from individual submissions are independently verified through third party sources.  The Top Thousand rankings feature four separate categories, ranking the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume, Top 250 Agents by Transaction Sides, Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume, and Top 250 Teams by Transaction Sides.
