Reliance Bank of Manchester is partnering with American Document Destruction and MRC Computer & Electronic Recycling to host a free electronics recycling and document shredding event. The event will take place at the parking lot adjacent to Reliance Bank of Manchester at 611 Big Bend Road 63021 Manchester MO from 9am until 11:30am Saturday July 19th.
Items accepted include computers, any/all large and small appliances, white goods, cell phones, wires, cables, cords, stereos, DVD/VCR players - the list is virtually endless. If it runs off of a battery, plugs in to a wall, or is a component of electricity - we'll recycle it.
Items not accepted include VHS tapes, paints/solvents/chemicals, alkaline batteries, smoke detectors, and PCB ballasts, and light bulbs. Lawn and garden equipment must have gas/oil removed prior to recycling.
NOTE: There is a limit of one (1) CRT "tube-style" TV per vehicle. Additional CRT TVs can be recycled at a rate of $15 each. Cash or check only please.
MRC Computer & Electronic Recycling is a Nationally (R2:2008) and State (MO Department of Natural Resources:LEVEL 4) certified electronics recycler.
