The person(s) in charge during the inspection did not possess a valid food protection certification. An employee was smoking, chewing, eating or drinking while doing a food-related task. An employee was handling ready-to-eat products without using gloves, tongs, deli tissues or other suitable handling measure. Facility has scoops with missing end-caps. Follow-up inspection scheduled for June 7.
