The person(s) in charge during the inspection did not possess a valid food protection certification. REPEAT VIOLATION: Food Safety Certificate-proof of registration and class was not taken. Follow up required-unless owner shows proof of registration via email. Soda fountain-upper surface-around the nozzles and ice chute black substance is accumulating. Must be clean to help prevent cross-contamination.

Ice machine-back room-inside wall-appears to have mold accumulating. Follow up required-June 3, 2013. Must be clean to help prevent cross-contamination. Refrigerator-cooks-bottom shelf appears to be old blood spatters/spills accumulating. All stainless steel equipment-food debris accumulating.

Date marking system in place, potentially hazardous foods are not marked, system not consistently followed. Some foods not covered in walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler floors rusty. Hood greasy.
