St. Louis Rotisserie, a restaurant and catering company, recently moved to 12414 Olive Blvd. located in the Shoppes at Westgate in Creve Coeur. Husband and wife team Jennifer and Drew Sterling are the original owners and founders of the restaurant, which was at its original West County location for 24 years. The new store – which is adding Sunday hours – will be open seven days a week from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

St. Louis Rotisserie marinates fresh whole chickens in a fat-free, oil-free and MSG-free blend of natural citrus juices, herbs and spices. The restaurant’s cooking method cooks out the fat and seals in the juice. Specialties include rotisserie chicken, grilled salmon, smoked ham, chicken salad, beef brisket burnt ends, and BBQ baby back ribs.

Individual eat in and take home family-style meals are served with freshly made side dishes including roasted garlic potatoes, fresh vegetables, spicy black beans and potato salad. The restaurant offers dine-in and carry-out service, as well as drop-off catering.

“This August we will celebrate our 25th anniversary, and the recent move brings us just seconds west of Highway 270,” said owner Drew Sterling. “We are excited about being located in the Shoppes at Westgate, which is a very popular center with tremendous foot and drive-by traffic.” Sterling said he is adding eight employees to his restaurant in the near future.
