Chamber, City of University City Hosting Small Business Workshop

The University City Chamber of Commerce, the City of University City and the University City Public Library will host a free small business workshop on Tuesday, Oct. 1

The event will run from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the University City Library.  

The workshop will focus on financing options for small businesses with representatives from the Small Business Administration, SCORE and Justine Peterson Co. Representatives from Commerce, Fifth/Third and Royal Banks will discuss what bankers look for when reviewing business loan requests. 

Accountants and lawyers will be available to answer small business related questions. The library will discuss its resources available to the business community.
