El Paisano is Open on The Loop: Watch Gabby Make a Skinny Margarita
Bartender Gabby Hernandez demonstrates how to make a margarita behind the bar of the new Mexican restaurant on The Loop.
El Paisano, at 5916 Delmar Boulevard, is new on the Delmar Loop. They're open 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
It's been in St. Louis for 11 years at other locations.
Bartender Gabby Hernandez demonstrates the making of a 'skinny' margarita. She said they have all kinds. Among them are mango, strawberry, watermelon, raspberry, peach and black raspberry.

The menu is extensive too.
"We have everything," Hernandez said. "We have fajitas, burritos, tacos, fish plates, sea food fajitas and burritos, chicken, steaks, steak tacos, to name a few."
