Finding Your Voice

Finding our voice is difficult when we didn't realize that we had one.

As a therapist, I have learned that many women float through life and land where ever life takes them. Thereby, allowing anxiety and/or depression to guide their lives. Many women haven't had the opportunity to find their voice. Finding ones voice is the most empowering lesson a woman can learn. After we claim our voice we are empowered to think differently, feel differently and behave differently.

Trauma past and present is usually at the root of feeling voiceless. Largely, due to my own past guiding women to recognize their own power is a priority in therapy. Everyone deserves to live with minimal anxiety and/or depression.
