Free Flu Shots

Walgreen's Pharmacy is providing flu shots. Plus, MAFM providing $10 Gift Voucher

Health Protection and Education Services (HPES) provides free health screenings and physician consultation at no charge every third Saturday of the month at the University City Library, located at 6701 Delmar Boulevard. Our next screening is Saturday, September 21. Registration begins at 9:00am and ends at 10:30am. In partnership with Walgreen's Pharmacy, HPES will provide free flu shots to everyone, even if you do not have insurance. Please bring proof of insurance/Medicaid/Medicare.

In addition, HPES and the Midwest Association of Farmers Markets (MAFM) are pleased to announce they have combined resources. People who attend the September 21 screening and receive glucose testing, also get a $10 Gift Voucher to purchase fresh farm products at the U City, Schlafly and Kirkwood Farmers Markets. There are no residency requirements.

HPES has been providing free health screenings and health education since 2000! If you have any questions, please call Diane at 314 448-7373.
