Interracial Relationship Struggles

If You Are Struggling in an interracial(family or individual) Relationship You Are Not Alone.

Issues connected to interracial relationships within families or significant others are fraught with varying emotions. In part, due to racial/ethnic diversity in my career and my interracial family my interests in private practice include working with those struggling with interracial issues. I enjoy working with adoptees who are of a different race or ethnicity than their adopted family. As well as those in interracial birth families, who are experiencing feelings of anxiety or depression.

Many women seen in my practice speak about feeling "different" or not "belonging". They experience feelings of "other" at home, work or socially. These feelings can cause anxiety and depression, which interfere with living ones life. Together, we can reduce feelings of anxiety and depression.

If you can relate to this article and I would love to hear from you.
