Rewriting Our Past Helps Us to Feel DIfferently

Our past defines how we view our world today. Therefore, if we learn to define our past differently it may impact today differently. Anxiety and depression arise from the way we view things. When we change the way we view things our feelings change. It may take a while, however isn't it worthwhile to release the burdens of anxiety and depression?
