School District Cancels After School Activities Due To Weather

Weather officials say to expect heavy snow at times that could make for slippery roads and hazardous travel conditions.​

UNIVERSITY CITY, MO — After school and evening activities are canceled in the University City School District on Monday due to inclement weather, the district said on Facebook Monday afternoon.

The National Weather Service in St. Louis has issued a winter weather advisory for much of the area until 9 p.m. Temperatures are set to fall below freezing by early Monday evening and weather officials say to expect heavy snow at times that could make for slippery roads and hazardous travel conditions.
