U-City To Hold 'Sign-Up Spectacular' For Summer Programs

The one-stop information and registration session will be held at Heman Park Community Center March 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

UNIVERSITY CITY, MO — Join the U-City Department of Community Development's Recreation Division Saturday, March 24 at Heman Park Community Center from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for a one-stop information and registration session for the Redbird Rookies, Little Batter and Catchers, and teen summer camp and activities programs.

Don't let fees be a barrier, the city says. Scholarships for summer camp and teen activities programs are available for University City residents who meet income guideline requirements, and the Parkview Gardens Neighborhood Association also provides scholarships for children living in that neighborhood. Applications and required paperwork must be received by Saturday, May 19. For more information call Leslie Eutz at 314-505-8617.
