Snow and Ice Response

A snow and ice control effort is ongoing in University City, with four trucks out plowing streets. 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. is the first shift and the 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. is the second shift, as planned currently. The operations started as anti-icing efforts and will continue to switch to snow plowing and deicing, as needed, into the rest of the day and night. We advise caution to all residents and passers-by utilizing the street network and also compliance with any City Ordinances as for driving near or parking in streets where snow control equipment is operated.
