5 Places to Drive Carefully in Wentzville If You Don't Want to Get A Ticket

Every city has them. 

Places where, after you've lived there awhile, you know you'd darn well better watch your speed. Or avoid a U-turn. Or not make that right turn on red. 

Here are five places that my own family have identified:

  • Highway A, between the Wentzville School District's Transportation Facility and the lights at the Highway 61 ramps. 
  • West Meyer Road. Since reconstruction, it's so big and broad and smooth, it just makes you want to go faster than 40 mph. Don't.
  • Any school zone. 
  • On Wentzville Parkway in front of the police station. Do we even have to say that?
  • Highway 61, unless you're fond of double fines.
