"Countdown" to Collection Week for Christmas Shoebox Charity
Local Community Partners with Operation Christmas Child to Help Children in Need

For more than 20 years, St. Charles residents have been a part of Operation Christmas Child, a global project that shares the true meaning of Christmas with children around the world. On Sept. 21 volunteers from St. Charles and surrounding areas will gather to kick off the Samaritan's Purse project's collection season—packing more than 17,000 shoeboxes with fun toys, school supplies and hygiene items. These gift-filled shoeboxes will contribute to the project's global goal of reaching more than 11 million children in Jesus' Name.
The St. Charles MO Area Team of Operation Christmas Child volunteers everyone who packs shoeboxes or leads the project at a church or other group to join us for the 2019 "Countdown to National Collection Week."
