School Bus Head-On Crash: Minivan Driver Airlifted To Hospital
No students were injured. The driver of the school bus suffered whiplash, while the driver of a minivan was more seriously injured.
LAKE SAINT LOUIS, MO — The driver of a minivan was airlifted to a local hospital after colliding head on with a school bus on Prospect Road in Lake Saint Louis Friday morning, KMOV reports.
The crash happened around 7:45 a.m. near the junction with Highway 40. A Wentzville school bus was involved, but authorities say no students were injured. The school bus driver suffered whiplash.

The driver of a silver minivan was more severely injured and reportedly trapped in the van until he or she could be extricated by emergency personnel. The extent of the driver's injuries aren't clear.
