St. Charles County Golden Games, Celebrating 30 years

The St. Charles County Golden Games will be held from Saturday, May 6 through Saturday May 13, 2017 promoting healthy lifestyles in adults aged 50 years and older.

The Golden Games include individual, doubles and team competition and is open to anyone who will be 50 years old prior to April 30, 2017. Events are held at facilities throughout St. Charles County.

Competitions are designed for all age groups and abilities, from walking, running, cycling, swimming and dancing to golf, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, bowling, shooting, bocce ball, horse shoes, pool, card games, miniature golf, Wii competitions and many more. Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals are awarded to top finishers in each age group.

Registration fee is $25.00 for as many events as can be scheduled without conflict. (Golfers pay greens fees). Registrants receive a Golden Games T-shirt and invitation to the Kick-Off Banquet at Old Hickory Golf Club in St. Peters on Monday, May 8. Registrants can bring a spouse or friend to the banquet for a $5.00 additional charge.

Registration Forms and a complete schedule of events and locations for the St. Charles County Golden Games will be available online beginning March 1 at sccgoldengames.org. Registration deadline is April 7, 2017.
