Bad Precedent? Board Considers License Agreement with Great Oaks HOA- Some aldermen think that a proposed license agreement between the city of Wentzville and the Great Oaks Homeowner's Association is setting a bad precedent—if the city agrees to pay the association for their services.Â
- Lake Saint Louis may have missed the boat. Jack Dillingham, managing director of Piper Jaffray's public finance group, told the Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen Monday night that the city missed its best opportunity to refinance its 2003 series bonds when interest rates were at their lowest this past April.
- Some St. Louis area Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants are closing in an effort to downsize this week, including the Wentzville location at at 1784 Wentzville Pkwy.Â
