Wentzville City Administrator Michael McDowell Dies; Funeral Arrangements Set
McDowell had previously served in city government positions in Creve Coeur and Olivette.
T. Michael McDowell, Wentzville city administrator, passed away Friday morning.Â
Services for McDowell have been set, and will be held in Creve Coeur.
Mayor Nick Guccione called an emergency meeting of the Wentzville Board of Aldermen at 1 p.m. Friday to name Police Chief Lisa Harrison as interim city administrator.
