New Business Owner is Ready to Write Own Story

(MISSOULA, Montana)--Ian Cooke has worked as a cook, at-risk youth counselor and delivery-truck driver. He has paid his dues and now, you might say, he figures the time has come to pay himself. Cooke worked in local restaurants as a cook in high school and college. He then spent several years working with at-risk youth in residential treatment facilities. “It was very satisfying work but sadly it’s just hard to make ends meet with work like that,” Cooke said.
