OMAHA, NE — Valmont Industries Inc. (VMI), which makes infrastructure equipment and is based in Omaha, Nebraska, reported Wednesday third-quarter profits of $35.2 million and a net income of $1.55 per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to $1.56 per share.
