Andreanna (Annie) Smith graduated magna cum laude from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona with a degree in English Literature and spent three years as a senior editor of a national magazine before attending law school. Annie received her Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law, where she was an associate editor for Law Review, served as Vice President of the Federalist Society, and participated in a selective Prosecution Clinic and Internship. After graduation, Annie clerked for the Arizona Attorney General’s office in Civil Rights before moving to Portland, Oregon. There, Annie spent 7 years representing the interests of financial institutions in mediation and litigation, handling most of Oregon’s biggest foreclosure trials.

Much of Annie’s practice has involved advising large corporations on rules and regulations, as well as assisting with business practices to mitigate risk. Annie’s practice with Voegele Anson focuses on dispute resolution and civil litigation.
