Lung Association Launches Yoga Brewery Tour
Breathe & Brew fundraising events mix beer and yoga to fight lung disease

Today, the American Lung Association in Nebraska announced the LUNG FORCE Breathe & Brew Yoga Series, a three-month yoga series featuring four Nebraska breweries to raise awareness and funds to fight lung disease.
This is the third year that the Lung Association has hosted the Breathe & Brew event, but the first time that it has expanded to four different breweries over three months. Each event will include a 60-minute yoga class with a certified yoga instructor, a brewery tour and afterward all participants will celebrate with a pint of local beer included with their ticket.
“Over the last two years, we received a tremendous response to our Breathe & Brew fundraising events, so we decided to make the series bigger and feature more of our outstanding local breweries,” said Julia McCarville, executive director for the Lung Association. “These are perfect for anyone who loves beer or yoga, or just wants to attend a fun event to support an important cause – the fight for clean air and healthy lungs.”
