LAS VEGAS, NV - Extreme winds have entered the Las Vegas valley. Residents are advised to plan accordingly as gusts could reach up to 50 MPH.
Any lawn ornaments or outside holiday decorations should be tied down, as well as any other loose lawn object that could be blown away in the wind. The winds are expected to resume into the evening tonight, according to Las Vegas Fire and Rescue.
The extreme winds can lead to decreased visibility and dust storms. If you're planning to hit the road, plan accordingly and be prepared for dust storms.
