North Las Vegas 4th Grade Teacher Arrested For DUI At School
Clark County School District Police said a teacher at Tom Williams Elementary was arrested Tuesday after causing an accident at the school.

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV - A teacher at Tom Williams Elementary School in North Las Vegas was arrested Tuesday morning for driving under the influence after causing an crash at the school, according to Clark County School District Police Capt. Ken Young.
According to Young, 47-year old April Shepard, a fourth grade teacher at the school, was arrested. Shepard has been employed by Clark County School District for 21 years. No injuries were reported and no students were involved in the incident.
The incident occurred around 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 3. Shepard was booked into Clark County Detention Center. As of Wednesday, records show she was no longer in CCDC.
