Project NEON Spaghetti Bowl Closure Pushed Back A Day

A Project Neon road closure originally scheduled for Monday night will start Tuesday night instead, and end Wednesday morning.

LAS VEGAS, NV - Project Neon will close a Spaghetti Bowl ramp Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. The northbound ramp of Interstate 15 to the southbound ramp of US 95 will be closed at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 27 until 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 28 to restripe the lanes.

The closure was originally scheduled for Monday night into Tuesday morning, but was pushed back.

According to the Nevada Department of Transportation, the $1 billion undertaking to improve traffic flow on I-15 in Las Vegas is 60 percent completed and will be finished by summer of 2019.
