Video Footage Leads To Arrest Of Las Vegas Sexual Assault Suspect

A man police allege sexually assaulted a person Monday afternoon has been arrested, Las Vegas Police said.

LAS VEGAS, NV - A man who allegedly sexually assaulted a person inside of a business Monday afternoon was arrested Wednesday night, shortly after Las Vegas Metropolitan Police released video of him inside the business.

According to a Metro release, 22-year old Nicholas Pino was arrested at his home in Henderson Wednesday night. Police said they received information that identified Pino as the suspect, and he was arrested without incident. Police say Pino asked the employee if anyone else was present before allegedly committing the assault on Monday, April 16.

He was booked into Clark County Detention Center and is facing two charges of sexual assault, two charges of battery to commit sexual assault, and one charge of kidnapping. He is being held without bail and is scheduled to appear in court today at 4 p.m., according to court records.
