More Information
The Community Collectives program aims to create a framework for residents to come together, identify neighborhood stakeholders and proactively seek solutions to enhance the quality of life in all neighborhoods. Community Collectives will serve as an additional platform for communications between City government and Reno neighborhoods, bridging gaps for the betterment of all communities.
Through this program, neighborhoods would self-identify by establishing a group of neighbors or local business owners, will be self-managed, and register with the City of Reno. Existing groups, such as homeowners associations or district associations, would also be able to register.

Through these focus groups, staff seeks to get a better understanding of possible neighborhood groups, gauge interest and discuss possible needs the city may be able to help facilitate. The city has been split into four quadrants for resident participation. Following the focus group sessions, the program’s structure will be further developed.
