Road From Reno-Tahoe Airport To I-580 Northbound Closing Tonight
Officials are asking travelers to exercise caution driving during an overnight closure at Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
RENO, NV - The freeway overpass leading from Reno-Tahoe International Airport will be closed overnight tonight by the Nevada Department of Transportation for construction. The overpass taking traffic away from the airport and connecting to I-580 northbound will close at 8 p.m. tonight, April 24 and will reopen at 5 a.m. tomorrow, April 25.
The closure was previously scheduled from 10 p.m. tonight until 4 a.m. tomorrow morning, but that has changed.
Please be aware the @nevadadot will temporarily close the @RenoAirport fly-over (freeway overpass) leading off of airport property and on to the I-580 northbound. Updated time: the closure will be tonight from 8pm until 5am tomorrow morning. Please drive with caution.
