Hello everyone, my name is Chloe. I am a fun girl with a few unique characteristics. Not only am I cute and plump, but I also have half of a tail! I am not sure why, but that doesn't stop me from doing anything that a 'normal' cat would do, in fact, they tell me here at the shelter that it makes me even MORE lovable!
