Amherst Man Charged with Aggravated DWI

Friday, Dec. 20:
- At 2:32 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident in the Walmart parking lot and no injuries were reported.
- At 3:40 p.m., police responded to a three-car accident on Route 101A and no injuries were reported.
- At 6:54 p.m., police arrested a Peterborough woman for theft. Angela Leigh Hutchinson, 32, of 50 1/2 Summer St., Apt. B was charged with that offense and later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on Jan. 9.
- At 9:25 p.m., police arrested an Amherst man for drunken driving. Thomas Edward Fallon, 45, of 39 Stearns Road was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving after suspension and contempt/breach of bail conditions. Fallon was later released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 6 in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
