Arrest Log: Driving Offenses

The Amherst Police Department made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Police on May 21 arrested Sean Michael Silvestre, 47, of Everett, Mass., on a charge of driving after suspension. Silvestre was released on a summons to appear in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford on June 5.

• Police on May 22 arrested Alex St. Amand, 43, of Temple, on charges of driving after suspension and driving after suspension of registration of vehicle. St. Amand was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for June 5 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.

• Police on May 22 arrested Edward Durivage, 48, of Amherst, on a charge of conduct after an accident. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with a court date of June 5 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.

• Police on May 23 arrested Alex Connor Price, 20, of Moultonborough, on a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol. Price was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with a court date set for June 5 at the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
