AMHERST, NH — Amherst police responded to an accident and made an arrest Nov. 1 through Nov. 5.

On Nov. 1, at about 9 a.m., Amherst police responded to a single-car accident on Nichols Road. No injuries were reported.

On Nov. 5, at about 3:30 p.m., Amherst police charged Kyle Falter, 35, of Ashby with burglary. He was released on personal recognizance and scheduled for appearance on Milford District Court on Nov. 19.
