• On May 4, 2018 at 2216 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Route 101. Minor injuries were reported.
• On May 8, 2018 at 1508 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Foundry Street. No injuries were reported.
• On May 9, 2018 at 1650 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Adam Klos, age 28, of Amherst, NH on charges of DWI – 2 nd offense and Open Container Law. Klos was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 24, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 10, 2018 at 0555 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Bradford Maxwell, age 58, of Amherst, NH on charges of Driving After Suspension and Suspension of Vehicle Registration. Maxwell was released on $1500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 10, 2018 at 1045 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Boykin, age 29, of Nashua, NH on a charges of Driving After Suspension and Suspension of Vehicle Registration. Boykin was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 10, 2018 at 1615 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Steven Scarzello, age 59, of Haverhill, MA on charges of DWI, Possession of Prescription Drugs and Speed. Scarzello was released on $1000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 24, 2018 at the Milford District Court.

• On May 14, 2018 at 1145 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Nathan Hill, age 34, of Nashua, NH on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Jaffrey-Peterborough District Court. Hill was released on $250 PR bail, with a court date set for June 7, 2018 at the Jaffrey-Peterborough District Court.
