AMHERST, N.H. - Check out the dispatch log from the Amherst Police Department from May 30 to June 4.

  • On May 30, 2018 at 1750 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Edwin Rivera, age 29, of Milford, NH on charges of Driving After Suspension and Resisting Arrest. Rivera was released on $600 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 21, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
  • On May 31, 2018 at 1509 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested a juvenile on charges of Conduct After an Accident and Reckless Operation. Court action is anticipated.
  • On May 31, 2018 at 1640 hours, the Amherst Police Department detained a juvenile on a charge of DV – Simple Assault. Court action is anticipated.
  • On May 31, 2018 at 1810 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Edwin Rivera, age 29, of Milford, NH on charges of Driving After Suspension and Breach of Bail. Rivera was held in lieu of $600 cash bail, with a court date set for June 1, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
  • On June 1, 2018 at 1109 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
  • On June 2, 2018 at 1456 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident on Ponemah Road. No injuries were reported.
  • On June 2, 2018 at 2230 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason White, age 30, of Manchester, NH on charges of Speed, Resisting Arrest, Driving After Suspension and Open Container Law. White was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 21, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
  • On June 4, 2018 at 1755 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported.
  • On June 4, 2018 at 1803 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to Pond Parish Road for a report of a window being shot out by a pellet or small caliber firearm.
