Amherst Police log: Merrimack Woman Charged With Theft

• On May 22, 2018 at 1850 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A @ Meadowbrook Crossing. No injuries were reported.

• On May 23, 2018 at 2155 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Paul MacPhee, age 57, of Amherst, NH on a charge of DV Simple Assault. MacPhee was released on $5000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 24, 2018 at 1650 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Nicole Chase, age 35, of Amherst, NH on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Manchester District Court. Chase was released $1000 cash bail, with a court date set for June 27, 2018 at the Manchester District Court.
