Amherst Police log: Oklahoma Man Arrested for Trespassing

• On May 9, 2018 at 1520 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• On May 9, 2018 at 1547 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• On May 10, 2018 at 0939 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• On May 11, 2018 at 2115 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Zachary Boucher, age 27, of Nashua, NH on an arrest warrant issued by Nashua PD. Boucher was released to the custody of Nashua PD.
• On May 12, 2018 at 1831 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A at Craftsman Lane. No injuries were reported.
• On May 15, 2018 at 1254 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
• On May 15, 2018 at 2150 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Darin Simonson, age 50, of Bethany, OK on a charge of Criminal Trespass. Simonson was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 17, 2018 at 1141 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident at TD Bank, car into a building. No injuries were reported.
• On May 17, 2018 at 2010 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Alexander Hoffman, age 20, of Nashua, NH on a charge of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor. Hoffman was released on $5,000 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 18, 2018 at 0143 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Matthew Rose, age 27, of Milford, NH on a charge of DWI. Rose was released on $2500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 24, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 18, 2018 at 1040 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Liam Brock, age 36, of Goffstown, NH on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Manchester District Court. Brock was held in lieu of $250 cash bail, with a court date set for May 21, 2018 at the Manchester District Court.
• On May 18, 2018 at 1040 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Tyler Lorman, age 28, of Hollis, NH on a charge of Operating After Suspension, as well as on an electronic bench warrant issued by both the Rochester District Court and Dover District Court. Lorman was released on $500 PR bail on the Amherst charge, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 18, 2018 at 2050 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Mark Davis, age 48, of Amherst, NH on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Davis was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for June 7, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 19, 2018 at 0125 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Geoffrey Bidwell, age 47, of Amherst, NH on a charge of DV Simple Assault. Bidwell was released on $7500 PR bail, with a court date set for June 7, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 19, 2018 at 0734 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Briana Pelletier, age 35, of Peterborough, NH on charges of Driving After Suspension and Suspension of Vehicle Registration. Pelletier was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 19, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
• On May 19, 2018 at 0901 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A @ Route 122. No injuries were reported.

On May 20, 2018 at 1900 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Steven Hernandez, age 56, of Amherst, NH on a charge of DV Simple Assault. Hernandez was released on $800 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 24, 2018 at the Milford District Court.
