AMHERST, NH - Check out last week's fire and police log provided by the Amherst Police Dept.

On April 16, 2018 at 0809 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Boston Post Road. Minor injuries were reported.
On April 16, 2018 at 0849 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a single vehicle on Route 13. No injuries were reported.
On April 19, 2018 at 1137 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident in the Walmart parking lot. No injuries were reported.
On April 20, 2018 at 1920 hours, the Amherst Police Department detained two juveniles on a charge of Criminal Mischief. Court action is anticipated.
On April 21, 2018 at 1514 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 2 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
On April 21, 2018 at 1601 hours, the Amherst Police Department responded to a 3 car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported.
On April 22, 2018 at 1554 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Amber Scales, age 24, of Wilton, NH on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Lancaster District Court. Scales was held in lieu of $1000 cash bail, with a court date set for April 23, 2018.
On April 23 2018 at 1545 hours, the Amherst Police Department arrested Dyllin Higgins, age 18, of Hudson, NH on a charge of Driving After Suspension. Higgins was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for May 10, 2018 at the Milford District Court.

On April 18, 2018 at 1810 hours, the Amherst Fire Department responded to a fire alarm activation on Veterans Road.
On April 18, 2018 at 1816 hours, the Amherst Fire Department responded to a fire alarm activation on High Meadow Lane.
On April 19, 2018 at 2231 hours, the Amherst Fire Department responded to fire alarm activation on Mack Hill Road.
On April 22, 2018 at 0648 hours, the Amherst Fire Department responded to a reported chimney fire on Ravine Road.
On April 22, 2018 at 1346 hours, the Amherst Fire Department responded to a fire alarm activation on Columbia Drive.
On April 22, 2018 at 1442 hours, the Amherst Fire Department responded to a second fire alarm activation on Columbia Drive.
On April 22, 2018 at 2213 hours, the Amherst Fire Department responded to a fire alarm activation on High Meadow Lane.
On April 24, 2018 at 0545 hours, the Amherst Fire Department responded to Route 101A for a report of smoke coming from a building.
On April 24, 2018 at 0648 hours, the Amherst Fire Department responded to Spring Road for a reported accident with injury.
