COP LOG: Amherst Woman Arrested for DWI After Crash

  • 1:05 a.m.: Arrested Theodor Olav Markmanrud, 18, of 64 Bartemus Trail, Nashua, on charges of criminal liability for the conduct of another, unlawful possession of alcohol and transportation of alcohol by a minor. Markmanrud was released on $600 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Dec. 5 in Milford district court.
  • 7:20 a.m.: Arrested Rowan McAdams, 17, of 86 Center Road, Milford, on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. McAdams was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 14 in Milford district court.
  • 7:20 a.m.: Detained a juvenile on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking. Court action is anticipated. 
  • 8:35 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on the Route 101 eastbound off ramp to Route 101A. No injuries were reported. Drivers were Linda Brown, 45, of Raymond and Matthew Allard, 39, of Milford.
  • 11:38 a.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. Drivers were Ira Weeks, 33, of Milford and Dorothy Dishong, 81, of Amherst. Weeks was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries.
  • 6 p.m.: Responded to a single-vehicle accident on Route 101. No injuries were reported. Driver was Jennifer Byatt, age 43, of Amherst. Byatt was arrested at the scene for DWI.
  • 6:30 p.m.: Arrested Jennifer Byatt, 43, of 136 Amherst St., Amherst, on charges of driving while under the influence of drugs or liquor and for violating the open container law. Byatt was released on $800 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on Nov. 14 in Milford district court.
