Get Your Christmas Tree Right Here in Amherst

No need to leave town for a fresh tree, get 'em before they're gone.

With just three short weeks until Christmas, the Christmas tree scramble is on. Because of a late Thanksgiving, there is less time than usual to find the perfect Christmas tree, but the great thing is, you don't have to go far to do so. Amherst may not have local tree farms where you can grab a saw and chop the tree from it's base, but if you want to "cut your own," check out the Amherst Garden Center where trees are tied up with rope you can cut to free your tree of choice.

Love all of the greenery that comes in addition to a Christmas tree? Wreaths, roping, kissing balls, and more? Ponemah Farms Garden Center has no shortage of it, plus they sell ornaments, poinsettias and more.

Help the Milford Rotary Club raise money for its annual programs by stopping in at their lot in front of Fredrick's Pastries and selecting one from hundreds of fresh-cut trees.

Out behind Dunkin' Donuts, next door to Bed Bath and Beyond, Beloin Tree Farm, from Stratford, has set up their stand to sell trees just cut from their own farm in the north country. Find Balsams, Fraser Firs and Blue Spruce trees to take home with you.

Above is an interactive map with details about hours, prices, locations and more of each of these tree stands. Click on the map markers for more details about each stand.
