John Ferraro's Life to be Celebrated Today

New Year's Eve is here: Today is Tuesday, Dec. 31, the last day of 2013 which is also known as New Year's Eve. The Town Offices, public library and the transfer station will be open today, but will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 1 for New Year's Day.

John Ferraro's life to be celebrated: John P. Ferraro, 62, of Amherst, who was killed in a motor vehicle accident on Route 101A in Amherst on Friday, Dec. 27, will be laid to rest today. Here is his obituary.
