Local Woman Arrested for Simple Assault
Merrimack Police allege that Jennifer Lohnes of Amherst assaulted an employee at the Flip City Tumbling Gym on Dec. 23.
An Amherst woman was arrested for assaulting an employee at a Merrimack health club and for causing some property damage, according to Merrimack Police.
Jennifer Lohnes, 52, of 13 Edgewood Run was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief after police say she assaulted an employee at the Flip City Tumbling Gym and damaged a door during the afternoon of Dec. 23, according to a press released issued by Merrimack Police Capt. Peter Albert.
Lohnes later turned herself in to Merrimack Police after police executed a warrant. She was later released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in the Merrimack District Court on Jan. 21 for arraignment.
