Lowell, Mass., Man Arrested on Drug Charges

Wednesday, Jan. 22:
- At 11:20 a.m., police arrested Beth M. Kennedy, 55, of 26 Melendy Road, Apt. 34, Milford, on charges of Aggravated DWI and Operating without a Valid License. Kennedy was released on $600 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 3 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- At 12:33 p.m., police arrested Melissa Allyn Paladino, 33, of 10 Clovercrest Drive, Nashua on a charge of Theft. Paladino was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 6 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
Thursday, Jan. 23:
- At 4:55 p.m., police detained a juvenile on a charge of Willful Concealment. Court action is anticipated.
Friday, Jan. 24:
- At 12:15 a.m., police arrested Anthony James Segnini, 26, of 55 Mt Grove St., Apt. 2R in Lowell, Mass. on charges of Transportation of a Controlled Drug and Possession of a Controlled Drug. Segnini was released on $1,000 personal recognzance bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 6 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
- At 12:30 a.m., police arrested Richard Francis Pichette, 24, of 3 King Street, Apt. 1 in Nashua on an electronic bench warrant issued by the Salem District Court. Pichette was held in lieu of $545 cash bail, with an court date set for later that same day at the 9th Circuit Court – Nashua.
