Manchester Couple Arrested on Theft Charges

Wednesday, Jan. 1:
- At 3:20 a.m., police arrested a Manchester woman for drunken driving. Amanda Falwell, 25, of 22 Brook St. was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or liquor. Falwell was later released on $800 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on Jan. 16 in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
- At 3:45 p.m., police arrested another Manchester woman on theft charges. Ashley Lynn Thompson, 21, of 131 English Village Road, Apt. 302, was charged with theft and criminal trespass. She was later released on $1,200 personal recognizance and will be arraigned on Jan. 16 in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
- At 3:45 p.m., police arrested a Manchester man for theft. Arthur Larrabee, 31, of 131 English Village, Apt. 302, was charged with theft. He was later released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned on Jan. 16 in the 9th Circuit Court in Milford.
