Nashua Teen Arrested for Wilful Concealment

The following information was provided by the Amherst Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

Monday, Jan. 20:
  • At 12:24 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A at the entrance to Walmart. No injuries were reported.
  • At 6:20 p.m., police arrested Kevin Coleman Howley, 34, of 105 Eastview Drive, in Wilton on a charge of Willful Concealment. Howley was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 6 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.
  • At 7:05 p.m. police arrested Michael Rodriguez, 17, of 45 Gilson Road, Nashua, on a charge of Willful Concealment. Rodriguez was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for Feb. 6 at the 9th Circuit Court – Milford.

Wednesday, Jan. 22:

  • At 10:58 a.m., police responded to a two-car accident in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot on 125 Route 101A in Amherst. No injuries were reported. Beth Kennedy, 55, of Milford was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
