Police Log: Amherst Teen Arrested for Drug & Alcohol Possession

[Wednesday, July 17]

At 7:54 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Christian W. Biddle, 22, of 74 Thornton Ferry Road II, Amherst on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. Biddle was held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for July 18, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Thursday, July 18]

At 1:40 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Jason Aponte, 28, of 163 Turkey Hill Road, Merrimack on a charge of theft. Aponte was released on $400 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 1, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 3:56 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a two-car accident in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Patricia Palazzo, 70, of Wilton and Amy Goudreau, 27, of Lyndeborough.

At 11:45 p.m., the Amherst Police Department responded to a three-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. The drivers were Spencer Sullivan, 42, of New Ipswich, Daniel Brown, 53, of New Boston and Dustin Grochala, 36, of Milford.

[Friday, July 19]

At 9:20 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Michael Ralph Donlon, 30, of 122 Palm Street, Nashua on a charge of receiving stolen property. Donlon was held in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, with an arraignment date set for July 22, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

[Sunday, July 21]

At 10:25 a.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Tanya Ann Sanchez, 35, of 17 Pleasant Street #2, Milford on a charge of driving after suspension. Sanchez was released on $1,200 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 29, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 2:15 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Marc Jean, 48, of 26 Melendy Road, Milford on a charge of suspended registrations. Jean was released on $500 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 29, 2013 at the Milford District Court.

At 7:17 p.m., the Amherst Police Department arrested Connor Ford Allwarden, 18, of 45 Buckridge Drive, Amherst on charges of possession of a controlled drug, allowing improper person to drive and unlawful possession of alcohol. Allwarden was released on $800 personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment date set for August 29, 2013 at the Milford District Court.
