Police Make Theft, Disorderly Conduct Arrests

Saturday, Nov. 22, 2013
- 2:30 p.m.: Sarah Marie Smith, age 17, of 15 Powers Street #78, Milford, NH on a charge of Theft. Smith was released on $500 PR bail, with an arraignment date set for December 12, 2013
- 7:14 p.m.: Responded to a single vehicle accident on Spring Road. No injuries were reported. Driver was Connor Sullivan, 20, of Amherst.
- 8:44 p.m.: Responded to a two-car accident on Route 101A. No injuries were reported. Drivers were S. Michael Trela, 68, of Milford, and Jonathan Beadle, 21, of Wilton.
- 11:30 p.m.: Arrested Pinakin Manhar Patel, 26, of 10 Franklin Drive, Tyngsborough, Mass., on a charge of disorderly conduct. Patel was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. An arraignment date has been set for Dec. 12, at Milford district court.

- 6:55 p.m.: Responded to a single-vehicle accident with a deer on Route 101. No injuries were reported. Driver was Erich Herbert, 42, of Milford.
