Spirit Guided Journeys Opens in Amherst

New office location and EFT practice opens on Northern Boulevard.

AMHERST, NH - Spirit Guided Journeys, a yoga and EFT practice, has moved to 5 Northern Boulevard in Amherst, Building 16 , and is accepting new clients, according to a press statement from Tracy Hutchins, the president of the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce.

“EFT is a powerful tool to help us release old emotions and patterns that keep us from success and abundance in our lives, “ explained owner Kelley Amrein.

Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, is a non-invasive energy therapy using gentle finger tapping on specific meridian points situated beneath the surface of the skin, she noted. The same meridian points used in EFT have been used for more than 5,000 years in acupuncture. EFT has been described as acupuncture without the needles. EFT, or Tapping, works by releasing disruptions in the energy system and can quickly and effectively help to reduce stress, ease pain, calm emotional upset, lessen cravings, improve energy and promote peace of mind, according to Amrein.
