AMHERST, NH – The unseasonably cool air that is currently in New Hampshire is expected to continue into the weekend with a slight increase in temps a bit of rain possible on Saturday night or Sunday morning, according to forecasters.

Tomorrow, expect things to be a little chilly during the day and the wind – not unlike today and tonight – to continue, although the gusts should not be as high as they were today.

Saturday appears to be the better of the two weekend days with temps in the upper 70s and mostly sunny skies; Sunday is expected to be a tad cooler.

Tonight: Wind gusts of up to 35 mph at time with 10 to 20 mph northwesterly wind lows in the mid-40s.

Friday: Partly sunny skies with highs in the upper 60s with wind in the 10 to 15 mph range. During the evening, lows will dip down into the upper 40s.

Saturday: Mostly sunny skies with highs in the upper 70s and a light breeze; it will be slightly cooler on the Seacoast. Temperatures drop down into the upper 50s during the evening with a chance of showers late or early on Sunday.

Sunday: Partly sunny skies with highs in the lower 70s. Temps drop back down into the upper 40s during the evening hours.

Monday and the rest of the week are looking pretty good – partly sunny skies with highs in the upper 60s and lower 70s.
